Can it translate an entire WordPress news site?
The target whole-site scope includes posts, pages, categories, tags, menus, supported widgets/theme strings, translated URLs, media metadata, archives and publisher SEO. Site-specific custom blocks and third-party plugins are certified during compatibility testing.
What happens when a breaking story is updated?
The newsroom architecture tracks article revisions so changed content can be identified, translated and revalidated without unnecessarily rebuilding an unchanged language edition.
How are names, numbers and quotations handled?
The workflow can flag protected entities, dates, numbers, percentages, currencies, links, quotations and newsroom terminology for stricter review. These checks do not independently certify factual accuracy.
Can editors review translations before publication?
Yes. Section rules can require editorial approval or allow automatic publishing after quality gates.
What happens if Languvia Cloud is temporarily unavailable?
The source WordPress site should continue independently. Already-delivered language editions are designed for local delivery when the website and supported runtime remain healthy. Unfinished cloud work waits for recovery.
Does it support multilingual news SEO?
The publisher scope includes translated URLs, hreflang, canonical handling, NewsArticle metadata, multilingual XML/news sitemap architecture and language-specific RSS workflows where supported.
Will readers trigger translation API calls?
No. Published translations are intended to be served from the local publishing runtime/cache. Translation happens during the publishing workflow, not once per reader pageview.
Can different newsroom sections use different rules?
Yes. A newsroom can define language, priority, quality and review policies by section or content type.
Does the editor need to choose Google, DeepL or another provider?
No. Languvia administrators manage translation engines, credentials, routing and reliability. Editors work with content, languages, quality and publishing.
How much does Languvia Newsroom cost?
Newsroom starts at $99/month, Newsroom Pro is $199/month, and Newsroom Enterprise is $899/month. Enterprise is designed for high-volume publisher operations and is subject to the Fair Usage Policy.
What does the Enterprise Fair Usage Policy mean?
Enterprise includes high-volume production capacity but is not unlimited compute. Reasonable translation volume, concurrency and abuse-prevention limits apply. Exceptionally large publishers can arrange custom committed capacity.
How is a Newsroom plan measured?
The current public plan catalogue shows website, target-language and translation-character allowances. Any Enterprise custom capacity should be confirmed in the order before high-volume production use.
What happens if the Newsroom site cannot reach Languvia Cloud?
The website and already-published translations remain live. The site should validate its license at least once every 7 days. After 7 days without successful validation, new Cloud translation is paused; after 14 days the activation is placed in a connectivity-pause state until it reconnects and validates successfully.
