Languvia may not be used to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, sanctions, export controls or third-party platform rules.

Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorized access, malware, phishing or credential theft
• Translation or distribution of content the customer has no right to process
• Abuse intended to exhaust provider APIs, quotas or infrastructure
• Attempts to bypass tenant, billing, rate-limit or security controls
• Use that materially harms Languvia, its providers or other customers

Languvia may investigate and suspend abusive use while preserving audit evidence.
