Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled according to the billing portal and plan terms. Cancellation may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period depending on the selected flow.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider where supported and recorded in the Languvia billing ledger. Provider fees, taxes and consumed usage may affect the refundable amount where legally permitted.

Failed payments

Languvia may provide a temporary grace period after a failed renewal before execution is restricted.

Final statutory refund rights and jurisdiction-specific cooling-off rules must be reviewed before publication.
