Roles

For customer content submitted to Languvia, the customer generally determines the purpose of processing and Languvia processes the data to provide the contracted service, subject to the final agreement.

Instructions

Languvia processes customer data according to product configuration, customer actions and documented service instructions.

Confidentiality and security

Languvia implements access controls, tenant isolation, encryption of stored credentials, signed connector traffic, audit records and incident workflows.

Subprocessors

Languvia uses subprocessors for translation, payments and other service functions. Current subprocessors are published separately.

Deletion and return

Customers can request data export or deletion. Retention, backups, legal holds and statutory obligations are handled under Languvia's retention controls.

International transfers

Appropriate transfer mechanisms and jurisdiction-specific DPA clauses require final legal completion based on the operating company and customer region.
